| So I was freaking out all week, took my hair test last Friday, my method is below: It had been 38 days since I last smoked. I was a heavy smoker, as in daily. However, I knew I was going to be tested so I stayed away from it for those 38 days and did the following: for 2 weeks before, shampood everyday with Paul Mitchell shampoo #3 (deep cleansing) 4 days before I used toxin wash 2 days before I did the macujo method (vinegar, clean and clear, tide...the works) 1 day before antother toxin wash day of I used zydot ultraclean so some other info, I am 25, 6' about 170 lbs and a marathon runner thanks everyone for the info and the help. I know i was extremely nervous about this but I did it, I passed the stupid Psychemedics test.... |

| calloctopus you have about the same build (6' 170) as I do. What type of hair do you have? I'm not a marathon runner but I run about 3 miles everyday. Sometimes I wonder if the sweating from the scalp helps out... oh yeah, congrats on passing that test. |

| Also where do you find "Paul Mitchell shampoo #3 (deep cleansing)". I checked online and found Paul Mitchell Shampoo 3 Cleansing, is it the same thing? What makes this product so special to use? |

| So I have a similar situation.. I've smoked 3 times in the last 45 days.. before that I had cut back a lot but I was still smoking a few times a week. I'm 5'10".. 165 pounds.. I workout 5 times a week and sweat a ton.. and don't really have any body fat. Also, I've been on a relatively constant detox program for the last 2 months using GNC total body cleanser and some herbal clean stuff. I know I have to drug test for my job offer, but I have no idea when. My start date isn't until late July, so if they wait that long I'll be fine.. however if it's anytime soon I'll be shitting my pants. I bought the precision cleanse stuff and I have the baking soda, dish soap and all that. Is there anything else I should start doing right now, like use that Paul Mitchell shampoo? The redken stuff I use right now has propylene glycol in it as well. Any help is greatly appreciated.. Thanks ! |
