I have researched the forums and all the advice given relates to 1 1/2 inch hair. I have hair that is about 1 inch on the sides and back. since this is shorter, it can only go back 2 months. in the past 60 I have done 3 small hits. I know I would pass with an 1 1/2. just wondering what the experts think of my 1 inch hair getting tested. will those hits put me over?

420 is Sunday! am I safe to have a toke or two?

If you are taking the test in the next couple of days, then you could probably toke it up today. what you smoke today will take a week or so to get into your hair shaft and grow out of your scalp.

3 hits in 60 days probably won't show, but it isn't my gamble, it is yours.

I was thinking through research that 3 sessions was the cut off. but that is regarding 1 1/2 inches of hair isn't it. anything I could do shampoo wise to insure my best bet below cutoffs? I have read on here baking soda paste and swimmer's shampoo is good for rare smokers.

She is not telling you to smoke.

She is telling you you are gambling. You may be slightly over the cutoff limit now. I'd say you are borderline.

It's 3 session in 90 days, not 60...

is the borderline factor due to my hair length? see this thread below. as you can see, I have been researching. I was under the impression under reading that it takes 3 sessions under 90. does 3 small hits equal one session or 3? I am very confused.

The test is a percentage thing. 3 sessions in 90 days is a lower percentage than 3 sessions in 60 days.

A session is one time smoking. It's all relative, and I won't split the hairs for you.

You are low level, but your use level is equal to 4.5 sessions in 90 days because they can't get to the .5" of clean hair that you cut off.

That makes sense. I will skip the herb. What should I do to get my levels down? Swimmer's Shampoo and baking soda?
