Ok brand new to forums in general but have spent last 48 hours reading anything and everything everywhere to help me with upcoming hair test in less than a week I am suppose to call on Monday 4-21 to schedule the appointment for this week. My stats

Heavy Smoker- 1-2 blunts daily for 10 years
Female no exercise slow metabolism 180 lbs
Brown hair, straight, somewhat fine 6 inches passed shoulders
Clean Time-None test in 4 days

I have passed 8-10 hair follicle tests using aloe rid shampoo followed up with the deep clarifying treatments daily and then on test day used root clean by detoxify. This was 5 years ago when the stuff was available. BTW at that time my hair was almost to my ass and zero clean time smoked test day and passed!! bUt here is where the problem lies they DO NOT make root clean anymore let alone sell it,still I have checked everywhere I mean called places they claim to have it don't. Its a shame I swear buy that stuff. However I have some aloe rid treatment on the way overnighted it hope to get it monday after looking everywhere local Dont seem to make that anymore either wtf. Did a MacCujo last night burnt the fuck outta my head but I need to pass this test

Will do 3 more macs before test day which is all I think I will make it through however my question is should I also bleach/redye. I am sooooo very scared at bleaching never done it but I dont want to do 4 macs if that is not going to work either. Never had to worry this bad about a freaking hair test . Also going to head shop for zydot ultra clean as a back up getting 2 bottles for test day seems like next best to the root clean. I dont know if the bleach/redye is worse than mac for pain but need something that works. I am worried that I wont have enough time with aloe rid so will leave the treatment on longer this is proven to reduce the levels I know from experience. I guess object is to lower them to safe level. ANY insight on this is helpful. Yes I have read all posts everything I can just want to know if bleach/redye is better than mac or even helpful or what to do oh my

Can you really damage your hair enough to not detect for thc in hair follicle tests or does mac and bleach clean the hair?

You have fine hair, which is easier to clean than the thicker, stronger hair shaft.

I am of the theory that the more damage you can do to the hair shaft, the better chance you have of actually cleaning THC from inside the shaft. So... the more you do the better.

JerryG is not of that mindset. He believes you should do either the Mac or the bleach & redye.

You don't have any clean time and are a chronic user, which makes it very difficult for you to pass. I don't know how you did it in the past, but you were lucky then, maybe you can be lucky again.

thanks sec I did a mac yesterday and the day before I am going to do one right now and one tonight also going to use the aloe rid tomorrow and a bleach and redye tomorrow do you think that is enough or do I need to bleach and redye until test day? Is Zydot helpful or do you recommend another product. What happened to root clean?

Root clean went away when the cutoff limits were lowered.

With your smoking history, I think you are toast without bleaching and redying twice. Wash the bleach and the dye out with the zydot purifier.

Fine hair does best with the Mac, but the success rate is spotty at best for heavy users with little clean time.

You are wasting your time with AloeRid unless you have the discontinued Treatment, not the Shampoo. The former contains a large percentage of propylene glycol, the latter does not.

hey jerry I would like to thank you for all the info you have on this site is very helpful dont know why I m so stuck but guess I just want to do the most with the least amount of hair falling out. oh yeah and I'm scared shitless. I went out and bought the volume 40 bleach a friend is going to do that for me tomorrow morning ( I have to work tonight) then tomorrow night will do the dye( contains EDTA but not ammonia) should I do the zydot after the bleach before the dye? does this really help as I am running out of money but yet want to do whatever I can to pass aside from my hair falling out. What about baking soda does that help? what is it used for? Should I do the aloe rid treatment after the vinegar and clean and clear in place of the tide while shaft is open? Will that counter act. I should get the aloe rid treatment tomorrow I do think that is what helped me last time but it was multiple treatments. Is Zydot safe to use the day of test even after dye. I have the plan and am on my way all your advice is so helpful and much appreciated. Is aloe rid treatment (not shampoo) just as good as zydot for cleaning? Still plan to use the zydot on test day but should receive 4 bottles of aloe rid treatment tomorrow am going to try to stall the test until next monday which would give me 7 days and time to do 2 bleach and dye is any more than that safe? is 2x in one week good enough. Oh my too many questions but all your help is soooooo greatly appreciated and pass or fail I WILL post results. If I do beat this it is a miracle and there is hope. So they lowered cut off hmmmm is that bc people were passing.

I understand your panic.

Take the dye back and get something with ammonia in it, and that calls for a 20 volume developer to be added.

Use the Aloe Rid Treatment(not the shampoo) to wash out the bleach and the dye.

On the days in between bleach and redyes, make a baking soda paste and massage it into your hair. Then use the Treatment.

On the day of the rest do the same thing and follow with a full Zydot treatment.

I would forgo the Mac for this program.

ok last question hopefully, I have the 40 volume developer hair bleach stuff can I use that tomorrow morning then take the dye back to the store and get a 20 volume. ok wait jerry are you suggesting to mix the dye and developer cuze I got the 40 and the box hair dye revlon colorsilk. I can take that back and get one with ammonia but why do you suggest the 20 over the 40 and is it safe to use the 40 for the first application tomorrow when someone will be available to help as I have never done this before and want to get the first bleach asap. So do I bleach then wait and dye or dye right away or mix the developer with straight dye sorry for the q's just want to clarify as I am taking your advice and will be another test sub. Also I have been using T/ Sal shampoo 3% salicylic acid scalp build up control in between. dont know if it does anything just saw it mentioned figured it couldnt hurt. Shoud I use this and follow up with aloe rid treatment also. Oh my well if I pass it will be a variation of all methods from this site and the advice from those who are wise above me.

40 is for taking color from your hair(and hopefully lots of other stuff as well). It is the strongest you can buy without a licence.

My gal mixes a 10 or a 20 with the dye. This give you ammonia and bleach in the same treatment.

You have to go to a beauty supply store. Ask a sales girl the details. I have mine done by a pro, so I just know what she tells me she uses.

I think it is best to bleach and dye, then bleach and dye.

Forget the TSal, use the AloeRid Treatment like I have instructed.

Don't vary from this program and I give you an 80%+ chance of passing.
