Hi! My husband is flying out of state for a job interview later this week. He is only going to be there for about a day, and apparently has a pretty full interview schedule. My question is - do you think he will be hair tested on the interview, or would they wait until after they have made an offer and he has accepted it? He isn't positive he even wants the job. It seems like they wouldn't want to pay for the test until they are sure the applicant is going to take the job, but who knows? Just a little background - he took probably 5-6 hits over a one week period in early March. Before that, he hadn't smoked in about a year. When we found out this potential employer hair tested, I started doing tons of research and have spent lots of time on this forum (awesome resource, thank you so much ) . He has mac'd 3 times over the last 2 weeks (I've been on him to do more, but he isn't as big of a stressball as I am), and is willing to do baking soda and/or a special shampoo. He has thin, light grey hair and a super fast metabolism, so I know there is a good chance he can pass without too much more work. Problem is, interview time is getting close, and like I said, he isn't even sure if he is going to take the job. I'd breathe a little easier if I thought the testing would take place after the interview - would give a little more time to clean that man's head up .Thanks sooooo much for any information!

I'd be surprised if they tested him same day. Zydot or Toxin Wash the day of the interview if that will make you all relax...

Thank you Jerry! We went out and bought some Omni shampoo - that was all the local headshop had on hand. Turns out 2 great things happened the next day - 1) the company called and rescheduled the interview and 2) his current company offered him a transfer to a much better location. ![]() So he is going to stick with his company - they aren't perfect, but they don't drug test - ever. I am a very relieved wife at this point - chances are he would have passed, but it was really weighing on my mind. I actually had him take a Psychemedics PDT-90 home test. I should be able to get the results tomorrow. We did the test after 3 rounds (total) of maccujo. Even though the THC levels in his hair are a moot point now, I can at least post in the results thread in the interest of science !Thanks again for all the help!

The test you ordered has higher cutoff levels than a pre employment test...

Well, I figured if he failed that, he wouldn't have much chance with the pre-employment test. Not that even matters at this point anyway.
