I have my hair test tomorrow and this is what I have done:

-light-medium, thin, brown hair.
-clean for 43 days, before that i smoke 4-5 bowls a week
-have used PM3 almost every day for the past month
-bleached (w/ 40vol. developer) and redyed my hair 4 times
-just dyed hair once
-3 treatments with toxin wash
-zydot treatment day of test
-1 macujo method about a month ago
-hair cut to 1.5 inches

Is there anything else I should do? Also is it a good idea to smoke right after test test or should I wait to see the results? Thanks.
