ok, so i have only had one session and it was very light usage, but it was last Saturday (5 days ago).

i estimate that i have between 7 and 10 days to get clean. the exact date is uncertain.

my plan is to wait until Saturday or Sunday and run my first bleach & redye. i will probably go supply shopping today and tomorrow. i plan on bleaching, running Toxin Wash then Zydot, redying, then running TW and Zydot again.

i plan on repeating the bleach/TW/Zydot/redye/TW/Zydot on the morning of my test.

in between, i plan on using the baking soda paste and shampooing twice daily. i'm uncertain of which shampoo might be best. i own T/Gel but i will go buy a swimmer's shampoo or anything else if it will work better.

can anyone give me some feedback? particularly on the shampoo?

I'd do that last bleach and redye the day before, other than that it's as good as you'll get with no clean time.

Get a swimmers shampoo high in propylene glycol.

any particular brand that you know of that contains a high amount of prop. glycol? i've used UltraSwim before, but if you know of a brand higher i'd love to know about it!
