Just thought I'd post this for you guys incase someone was wondering. I am due for a test soon and was seeking info on some of the technicalities about the test, and my biggest question was this: In the case of a heavy smoker, would he/she be good to go on a hair test 90 days after the last smoke or 90 days after the THC was purged from the body (when you can piss clean)?

I asked because I quit, then had to wait TWO MONTHS before I passed a u/a (didnt try to dilute it, I shit you not it was 2 months), and am now faced with a hair test (almost 3 months after I quit smoking). I was smoking shit that should have been on the cover of high times; extremely high quality, crystals falling off it type of stuff, and I smoked every 3 hours or so, and if I woke up in the night, smoked then too, just all the time, plus Im a little big so that didnt help. Went through a couple of years of bad stomach problems and used it to cope.

Anyways, I presented the question to two different labs that do hair testing, and here is what they said:

"THC stays in the hair indefinitely, The only was to test clean would be to submit a sample that was the same length as .5" times the number of months that the body was clean." Craig Medical Distribution, Inc.

"In the case of a heavy smoker, it would be the latter; 90 days after the body is purged of the thc." Home Health Testing.

So, that sucks, but now we know. I am doing the Mac method and will now do Jerry's too, which I'm having a hard time finding the original. I also bought Zydot and TestClear. Will be doing a home test soon, will post on results of that and official once it happens. God I hope this works, so much is riding on this. Pisses me off that they may try to take it from somewhere other than my head, that complicates the hell out of the whole ordeal.

THC metabolites are deposited in the hair from your bloodstream, which is clear of THC in a few days. Thus, clean, new hair after about 10 days.

THC is deposited in your urine via fat cells. This has nothing to do with depositing THC in your hair.

I've posted my method dozens of times. Do some research.

Lol i did do research, all that is possible pretty much in two days, thats as long as Ive known I was gonna have to do this test (found out yest. morning). Over the last 48 hours I have probably been on the computer 8 or 10. I have read hundreds of threads, product websites, and have been to four head shops. I found copies of your post, and some (many) of your other postings as well, which were helpful, just not the original "jerrys method", which is what I was referring to wanting. And since you know so much, why is it that two companies told me this? Speakin of research how do u think I got those quotes? Sitting on my arse? Those are direct quotes from the lab in response to the email I sent them, and yes I already knew about THC metabs. in blood depositing into the cortex, I was just unsure of how long this break down of THC, and therefore time in the blood, took. Just because someone doesnt know everything doesnt mean you have to be so curt, go research how not to be an arse. So who are we suppose to listen to anyway? The lab or sum guy named jerry who posts on a pot board? Im not sayin there right and your wrong, your probably a really smart guy, but I did my fact checkin, like I said, as well as I could in two days. I posted that b/c I thought it might help someone with their research. Maybe for an extream case like mine it works a little different. After all, the FDA U/a cups say up to 45 days, yet I pissed dirty for two months. Chill out on the dissin people like everyone else is a puissant to the mighty jerry. Ive seen where the mods have warned you before about flaming. And for the record, I never asked "hey where can i find j.g.'s method", I simply stated I hadnt found it yet, and hoped that someone reading it and knew off hand of its whereabouts might tell me.

Anyway, im off the soap box, sorry, hope we can put that past us J, you just offended me a lil. So back to the question, why would the labs tell me this if its not true? They dont stand to gain anything by lying about a thing like that. I dont care whose right, I just want to know, because in my case its really important. I will go do some more research on this in the meantime. On a side note j.g., check my other post under looking for the JG method and let me know whats up w/that. Again, not tryin to step on toes, just want to know.

Nevermind that last part, I went to your updated jerrys method and saw the explaination about acids closing the cuticle.

Those companies have a financial interest in making you believe their BS. The fact that I'm not selling anything is a good place to start in believing me.

Yes, I've received one warning and one infraction in the last year. Not bad considering how many people I've helped and how many lazy people there are that frequent this site.

If you read my posts, you'd know that what I posted today is not updated, but the method that I have advocated for the last year, and that has worked for a higher percentage of people than any other beat a hair test method during that period.

I don't need this crap from you, somebody else can take on your case...

You updated it with the current date. I dont know if the info changed much, because like I said the first time, I didnt have the original, but that date implies you read over it and made it current or gave it a stamp of approval in its up-to-date aspect. Still your explanation doesnt make sense, they dont stand to gain anything financially by lying about that particular thing. Lying about other things, yes, like can it be cheated or something. It really doesnt matter to them if its 90 days the day after you quit or 90 after your body is clean, what the hell do they care? Either way its a minimum of 90 days, which is all they claim for a detection period anyway. I had already bought a test from one company so they already had my money and I told them that in the email. I thinks it more that you just dont want to be wrong. Why dont you go some research. Why is the tendency of the leftist n drug cultures out there to just assume to they are always being lied to when they dont like the answer or cant wrap their minds around it? I bet you believe we filmed the moon landing in Hollywood. Bet that one generates some hits. Conspiracy theorists. Companies, if theyre good ones, try not to do that as it causes them more trouble in the future when they get busted.

Just to be sure, I'll try n mail it off to other companies and maybe we can put this to rest. Oh wait, I guess they'll all be liars too so it wont matter to you. Anyway, this will be last time I post on this BS, except to post the next emails from the next company, as I know it will go on in a never ending pointless war.

I just love it when people post and go off on a tangent when they have no clue what is going on. When they are so wrapped up in themselves they have no clue when others are actually defending them or see when a regular poster/advisor is stressed out and needs to take a break.

Since you are so aware of your surroundings and in tune with others, I supposed you also realize you posted this in the results thread. Since you have no results, I can assume you intended to hijack this thread???

I'll move your post to it's own thread because people looking to read about results don't want to read about your questions or your rant.
