So I've got a hair test coming up before I start. It's up to me when I schedule it, but ASAP was the employer's directions.

I haven't smoked a full bowl since March 18th, but I have had one or two puffs twice since then, one puff about a month ago and two puffs two weeks ago.

My plan is currently...

Tomorrow: bleach / redye then normal wash with regular shampoo (possibly a cleansing shampoo...any suggestions besides the extremely expensive Toxin Wash?)
Tuesday: wait, do nothing but normal wash
Wednesday: bleach / redye w/ normal wash
Thursday: hair cut, normal wash
Friday: Toxin Wash...drug test

Any suggestions?

Ok, so I got my hair cut today.

Phase 1 of bleach/redye starts tonight.
Second run through will be Wednesday night.

You guys think I should change anything up then?

Told the barber "leave about 1.5" on top."

The heaviest I smoked was on my bday, March 18th. A solid two bowls within 30-45 minutes.

Should I have gone any shorter?

Oh, another question. I want to make a baking soda paste then use swimmer's shampoo for the entire week. But...how do you make the paste?

Baking soda and water I would assume.

I have no idea how much you smoked prior to March 18th. Since hair tests test back approximately 90 days, I would need that information to let you know if you need to bleach and re-dye or if a harsh washing is all you need.

I think your original plan (in your first post) is fine. Don't cut your hair shorter than you have it now.

None, or else I would have listed it. I mean...I had some all the way back in October of last year...but basically for the new year, this is it.

With that history, if you are willing to go through two bleaches and redye's, then I think you will have done plenty. I give you really good odds of passing with your plan outlined in your very first post.
