Just recieved info for pre-employment test on Tuesday 5-6-08..Hair test(Psychmedics), and TWO urine tests, one 5 panel, the other 10-20/2000. What do I have to take two, and is the 10-20/2000 just a lower cutoff for THC???

5'9 155 lbs, thin sandy blonde hair (now brown after dye), low/med body fat, med. to high metabolism
Last smoked: 4-13-08
Test Date: 5-6-08

Method so far....did a couple MACs a couple weeks ago till I realized how it doesn't help a whole lot with heavy users with little clean time and vinegar is acidic

1. Saturday 4-26-08 Bleach/Redye (40 vol. developer for bleach and dye, dye contained ammonia and Propylene Glycol)
2. Monday 4-28-08 Redye again since hair was orange (used 20 vol. developer this time)
3. Wednesday 4-30-08 Bleach (40 Vol.) Redye (20 Vol.)
(After all Bleach and all Dyes I put Ion Reconstructor Treatment in hair for 15 min. the second ingredient is Propylene Glycol)

As of now...I have 2 packs of Zydot and Toxin Wash will be here Friday

*Monday 5-5-08 I plan on bleach/redye for the 3rd time (with 1oz. Toxin Wash between each)...When should I use the second half of Toxin Wash???
*Day of Test 5-6-08 I will do baking soda paste, hydrogen peroxide/bleach/aloe shampoo, idea from the Idavisa method, and after that use BOTH Zydot treatments back-to-back before test. Should I split those up or is using both back to back ok???

The urine test, Friday 4-18-08 I semi-passed a home test (very faint line) after working out/sauna and dieting hardcore that week (I am also prescribed adderall so my metabolism is boosted) How do you think I will do on the
20 ng test because I stopped working out and sitting in the sauna cause I didn't plan on the 20 ng test???

ANY THOUGHTS OR IDEAS???.....PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Also, I'm not very hairy but I'm shaving everything else on my body so they won't have any other choice than to take it from my head (1-1.5'' long)

And I plan on trying to dilute for the urine since the pricks added a 20 ng cutoff to the rest of the crap....

It sounds as if you are having a DOT 5-panel test, and an employers hair test AND the employers 10-panel test. You will need to pee twice for the urine tests. The collector is not allowed to use the remainder of a DOT urine specimen for any other testing. You will need to give a separate void.

Test yourself at home. You can pass the urine tests if you time it just right, but the hair test will be very difficult. You are doing all you can at this point.

What do I have to do to do time it right???

I have one more 5 panel at home test I will do tomorrow morning with my first void as soon as I wake up.

You will need to read the dilution sticky. Dilute for your first void (The 5-panel test). Then continue to drink the fluids for the second test (the 10 panel test). All this is outlined in the dilution sticky located at the upper portion of the urine testing menu page.

the hair test is going to also be difficult for you to pass. You are doing all you can to pass the hair test. Your hair will feel like straw by the time it is all said and done, but you are gining yourself hope.

I can't say if it will all work, but you are doing what you can. You do have a chance of passing the urine tests, You passed the home test awhile ago, and that gives hope that you can pass the urine tests for the employer. I don't think the "20" in the test description is for THC. I believe the THC is still at the 50mL cutoff in the 10 panel test. The number 20, is probably for another drug.

If you pass them all, you would deserve a vacation after all you have put yourself through. Good luck.
