Hey guys,

First time post to the forums although I have done a lot of reading.

I am a recent college grad that will be starting work soon. I have a drug test coming up and I heard in late January that it could be a hair test. I stopped smoking immediately but was a very heavy smoker before, every day couple times, although over my Christmas break didn't that much for like 2 and a half weeks in December and early Jan.

Here are my stats:
-Approx. 100 days clean
-Heavy user before
-6'
-210lbs
-College D3 baseball player so I was active but not a high metabolism
-Have had one hair cut sense, planning on another before the test. (about 1.5" - 2" now)
-Irish decent (if that matters)

Have done no treatment so far.

Worried about possible body hair test, have a friend that works for another company that just had his test (non-smoker) that has long hair but they used arm pit instead.

Wondering if anyone has any ideas on what I should do or if I should be okay.

if you're 100 days clean, your head hairs should be good to go.

if you're worried about body hair testing, then you can either shave your body hair or run a treatment. the choice is yours.
