I have been reading a lot of these kinds of posts, but I am basically looking for some peace of mind at this point. I will try to provide as much relevant information as possible.

So here's the deal:

Psychemedics Hair and Split Urine 5 Panel Pre-Employment Test

Physical
5'10" 175 pretty athletic dark hair

Recent Smoking History
January 14th 2008 - smoked two bowls over three days
March 1st 2008 - smoked four hits over 30 minutes
April 26th - smoked in a closed car 4-5 hits over 45 minutes

Precautions
Already started working out harder and taking in B vitamins for urine test
Started maccuj0 method yesterday and planning 1-2 times per day
Purchased zydot to use the day of

Test will be around 13th or 14th of May.

I know this will probably sound slightly paranoid to some of you, but I have heard a lot of things from a lot of different people and I feel like people in this forum have good information. Thank you.

You don't say how long your hair is, but the January session shouldn't matter at all.

I think you have a really good chance to pass the hair test, and an excellent chance (almost 100%) of passing the urine test.

hair is 1.5 inches in the longest place.

is there a difference between the blue and the pink clean and clear for the maccuj0?

when i am doing it, there is not really any burning sensation so does that mean i'm doing it wrong? Thanks!
