Hi I am an Asian female, 23 years old. average metabolism, about 120 pounds.
I have shoulder length thick black hair.

Last time I smoked was Jan. 11th 2008, so 165days since. This was my first and only time. I think I took about 3 long hits from the water bong and held my breath.

I have a hair and urine test in a week.

I am assuming I am gonna pass the urine test.

I am really concerned about the hair test.

What are my chances of passing the hardest hair test out there?
Should I do anything?

Don't worry about it. There's no chance of you failing the hair test. Even if you have long hair the THC will be long gone after 90 days. I know you're worried and the anxiety sucks but you really have nothing to worry about.

This is coming from someone that has taken 5 hair tests in the last 3 years.

I know what you are talking about the anxiety eats up every all the "day dream" time during the day.

So you are telling me the THC actually "disappears" after 90 days?
So I don't have to cut my hair and look lesbian?

I'm kind of in the same boat as you, Zealot. I already took the test, so there's nothing more I can do but wait. I'm not sure if cutting my long hair would have helped, but I sure as hell did not want to look like a lesbian either, lol!

A hair test looks at a sample taken from the 1.5 inches closest to your scalp. Average hair growth rate is 0.5 inches a month, so they're only looking at what's transpired in the last three months. It usually takes three smoking sessions within that 90 day period to get above the detection threshold of a hair test.

Due to the natural degradation of the THC metabolites, they can't get a valid test beyond 90 days. That's why they only look at the most recent three months' worth of hair.

You have nothing to worry about.
