| What are some of your favorite books? Or some of the more interesting or unique ones you have read? I have been interested in reading The Tibettan Book of Living and Dying, but was curious to see if anyone here has read it before. | |

| the most interesting book I have ever read was "ideas and opinions" it is a collection of Albert einstein's thoughts letters and so on , most of them are taken from other books and places but it is really well put together and interesting. another one I am really into at the moment is "the trail of tears" by Gloria jahoda, it is the story of things that came after the Indian removal act of 1830 I'm not done with this one yet but I would already recommend it to anybody who enjoys reading of this type I have other favs such as: "All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten : Uncommon Thoughts on Common Things" as for fiction "Anarchy in the Ashes" I have also just started to read, and it is pretty good so far hope this helps | |

| My fav genre of books is non-fiction, but my fav is short, but hella interesting stories about various things. My favoriot book i own, would be this book i read a few years back, it was simply a thick book filled with amazing, but true stories that keep you reading, because it is just so amazing! Example of this would be, major distasters, war stories. There was this one WW2 story in the book, where this captain armed with 2 colt 45's killed over 40 japs at some engagment, i forget which though. But it is stories like that, many told in the first person that really keep me entertained. I guess this is why i live for the History Channel ![]()

| I would say that the Grapes of Wrath and Of Mice and Men are two of my favorites (both by John Steinbeck). Also check out Brave New World by Aldous Huxley and Don Quixote by Cervantes. ~BD
