|  The Rum Diary Just finished this one last night, great book by the man himself Hunter S. Thompson (Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas). Its about him being the welshing journalist we all know and love. Its from his earlier days and is pretty much just him lusting after some girl and drinking lots of rum in Puerto Rico. He gets stomped once and has a hell of an adventure too, pretty good stuff if you like his style. |

|  I loved that book. Made me want to move down south  I think he told the story in a perfect style. The Rum Diary has to be one of my favorite books.

| I haven't got a chance to read this one yet I've been looking for it at bookstores but no luck guess I]ll order it online. I love hunters work though his so called gonzo style of writing is fantastic. I've read fear and loathing las vages campain trial 72 and hells angels. I hear they are making a movie of the rum diaries also staring johnny depp. hope so should be interesting.
