I read this biography of Kurt Cobain and Nirvana a few years ago but was thinking about it tonight. It's nice and thick and makes for a very good read.

I'd recommend this to anyone who likes the band. learn something you didn't know already.

No, that ones called Journals. Come as you are is just a biography, but I do strongly recomend "Who Killed Kurt Cobain?" After reading that thru that, there is almost no way you could still beleive that he commited suicide. You will see that he was most definitley murdered, so go get that from the library or something.

Courtney Love, and yes, I Hate her too.

I don't think Kurt was murdered tho. I think he killed himself because off stress, stomach ulcers, his heroin addiction, etc.

People who think he was murdered probably just don't wanna accept the fact that he killed himself.

"Kurt and Courtney" is an independant film I watched not too long ago. It's pretty f-in boring so I don't recommend it, but.... this movie furthers my belief that he did kill himself. I even saw the Unsolved Mysteries about his 'murder' and I don't buy it. Not one bit.

Yeah but..

1.) The ulcer was actually a pinched nerve that was fixed in 93.

2.) Stress level was down because he wasnt touring, and the band was done.

3.) He was taking courtney out of his will, all the more reason the take him out

4.) He had a triple lethal amount of an off topic drug in his system which means he couldnt have picked up a gun and shot it.

5.) There where no prints on the gun or the note

6.) The only parts of the note that where suicidal where added to the bottom and top of the note in what is beleived to be different handwriting.

7.) The lead singer of some band whose name I dont remember claimed to have been offered $50,000 to kill Kurt by Courtney...and he passed a lie detector test.

8.) He had made plans for the week of his death to go fishing with his grandfather and do a bunch of other stuff.

9.) Courtney Love just happend to be in jail at the time..hmm someone wanted a alabi (sp?)

10.) Nobody who had seen him in the last months of his life thought he was suicidal at all, and he had told several people..as well as the person who bought the gun..that he was in fear of his life.

11.) Why would he leave such a gruesome image for his baby daughter?

Theres more but I dont remeber it. Its kind of been my hobby for the last year, thats how I knew all this crap off the top of my head..that and I dont have a life...

Before I go on, i'll let it be know that I know nothing about Kurt Cobain and his death, or Courtney Love, but some of your points aren't very strong. I'm not trying to argue, so no one get defensive please.

2. Many things lead to stress. Perhaps he was severely depressed? Nirvana was done? It sounds very much like he could've had "dead-end" thoughts running through his head.

4. Why not? As I said, I know zero about his death, but did he inject the drug or consume it another way? If he ate it, he'd have plenty of time to pick up a gun.

5. Perhaps he was attempting to frame Courtney, and made sure there were no prints?

7. Lie detector tests are rarely used anymore, they're easily fooled, they're not accurate.

8. Suicide can often be spontaneous. If it's well thought-out, the more chance there is of backing out.
