| I read them. I will probably get around to reading the new ones too. I am a very fast reader and finished the 5th one within 2-3 days. |

| Love 'em. Read all of them, except the very newest, which isn't available in Aust yet. Seen all the films too, not as good as the books, but isn't it always the way?

| I absolutely loved reading the Harry Potter series.. It's directed towards a younger audience, but the writing style of J.K. Rowling is fantastically addicting. Once I start one of her books I just can't put it down until I've finished it. |

| Harry Potter is pretty cool ....yes I'll admit it I've been engulfed in a few of the books my son got me hooked. If you are looking for another good book (kinda like that stuff, magic and such) you should check out The Bartimaeus Trilogy Book 1 is called The Amulet Of Samarkand .........I enjoyed it,my son said it was a ripof from Harry Potter and there are only a few similiarities ![]()

| I do love fantasy, including the Harry Potter series. But I only enjoyed it, I didn't become obessed like many people did. What's so great about it? I loved Eragon and Eldest, those were some awesome fantasy books there. I hope they make a movie! |

1) His Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman 2) Chronicles of Narnia by C.S Lewis the latter is ... obvious but for some reason kids out there aren't aware of the former which is a shame. Go out and buy the first book The Golden Compass, you won't regret your purchase and your kid will love it. | |
