Default R.A. Salvaotore - Dark Elf Series

R.A. Salvatore is a very good writer. I think he writes his books for people that smoke the stanky buddah. I know I read these books when Im flying high. I enter the world of the Dark Elfs. I am 16 and dont like reading. I think fantasy books are stupid. After I read the first one titled Homeland I was stuck. There are about 20 in the series of his most famous charecter Drizzt. They read really fast but it keeps you glued to the book.

I bought and read the entire series!! It was great! If you like that, you can also try the Death Gate Cycle, that was a great series as well.

Salvatore is my favourite author and Drizzt is my favourite book character ever. I've read all the books and short stories, but two. I've not read them since I started toking tho. When I start up again (who knows when that'll be) I'll be sure to give them shot while blazed.

Man Salvatore is awesome. The Silent Blade was such an awesome book. Artemis Enteri is the most badass badguy of all time.

Salvatore's books are what really got me into reading, I was probably 13 or 14 when I read most of his work.

The Dark Elf Trilogy and whichever Trilogy had Silent Blade stand out as particularly good, though I do not think his work before Drizzt is really worth reading.

His books have very strong imagery and his descriptions of fight are so detailed you can picture them swing for swing.

B.T.W. I bought most of the books oh his that I read. In hindsight I should have just gotten them from a library because now I have ~$100 worth of tattered and frayed paperbacks.

i used to read alot of that when i was younger, his new stuff i've tried to get into but it doesn't hold my attention anymore. It's good stuff, helped me get into reading back in the day.

i really like the one where he is traveling with the poor monks and he goes and talks down the dragon face to face. and when him and wulfgar killed the dragon in that other series by themselves.
