|  Vernon God Little Has anyone read this? It won the Booker Prize 2 years ago and was only the writer's (DBC Pierre) first novel. The power and originality of the man's writing reminds me very much of Shakespeare, oddly enough. But he has some of the best similies and metaphors I have ever read in a modern novel. A must read. |

| i have read this, its just brilliant how he keeps getting **** on and his life is going completely wrong all the time but he just keeps telling the story in that frank hilarious manner |
