Anyone a fan of his books? He has three books out: Brain Dropping's, Napalm and Silly Puddy, When Will Jesus Bring The Pork Chops?. All funny sh*t that takes alot from his stand-up routine. The books sometimes cover the same material only a little more expanded. He deals alot with language, and how we're softening it up The best part of the first two are a bunch of short takes like:

Every time you use the phrase all my life it has a different meaning.

I leave them in the bathroom so people can read them while taking a big dump, I'm sure Carlin would love it.

LOL.....brain droppings had a place on the tank of my toilet for several months. I like things like that, where you can open to a random page and be assured of a laugh. Carlin is a genius, simple as that. he was one ofg the first to take random observations of life and turn them into a wickedly funny comedy routine. I think a lot of todays's comics would be lost without his influenece. If you get a chance, check out some of his older (70's) recordings.....my firend has a box set of his earlier stuff, and theres more "drug" humor in his older routines

Would get expaned and is now a part of his current routine. It interesting to watch a comic genius craft his material.

"When will jesus bring the pork chops" was very hilarious, I read it in 1 night, George truly makes you think about everything he says. The best part of that book is when he reduces the 10 Commandments to 2, they were quite clever.
