| I have to say that these 3 books are my favourite books of all time right now xD They are more of children books, but I found them so incredibly interesting. Basically the three books The golden compass The subtle knife the amber spyglass are about myriads of worlds, where these children can go into different worlds where in the first book lyra lives in this world where people have "daemons" or whatever which are basically their souls connected to them outside of their body. They take the form of animals, and until the kids reach puberty the animals can change into different animals xD I thought that was just SO cool. Then in the 2nd book there is a kid who lives in the normal world. and then finally they go into another world where there are angels. It has such neat philosophical ideas entertwined and the huge amount of characters and such makes it SO cool. I highly reccommend reading them. They are better than harry potter. and I love harry potter xD

| Yeah I read them when I was younger, kinda out of the "fantasy books" stage of my life but yeah I remember I enjoyed them. I'd recommend them, I read them when I was 10-11 and thought they were pretty good.

| it did suck when they had to leave each other. I would have just shut the door they opened in the land of the dead.
