| Noeones recommended reading I am making this a two part list one of less known publications I’ve read and liked and one of books that can be found at my local library. Also if you’re looking for some books that are off the beaten path you might want to see if you have a local infoshop. 1. Mislead Youth Network (unfortunately the zine is no longer being mailed out. I’ll scan it for those who want to read it later) 2. Teenage Liberation Handbook 3. Dumbing Us Down: The Hidden Curriculum of Compulsory Schooling 4. Fighting For Our Lives (http://www.buyolympia.com/crimethinc...1805/free.html) 5. Off the Map/Evasion (http://www.buyolympia.com/crimethinc...805/books.html) 6. http://www.zinelibrary.net/ (I’m not even going to try and list all the cool shit they have) Now onto the more known books 1. Spirits in the Wires (Charles de Lint) 2. ReMix (Jon Courtenay Grimwood) 3. The Singularity Is Near: When Humans Transcend Biology (Ray Kurzweil) 4. http://project.cyberpunk.ru/lib/ (I haven’t found a book there that I don’t like but definitely read cyberpunk) That’s all I can think of off the top of my head. I’ll probably add more as I dig through my pile of books (and the bookshelves themselves).
