I doubt 'arry will die but i dont think we've seen the last of the Harry Potter series. Yes the book about him will stop BUT i think she'll do what happend with LOTR and write stories about the other characters. E.g Snape, The Dursleys, 'agrid, the whomping willow tree etc, do you agree?

After reading the 5th book I became pretty certain that the final horcrux is in Harry and he will sacrifice himself to kill Voldemort. Seems kind of obvious. Rowling said that a main character will die.

Harry will probably sacrifice himself to kill Voldermont to rid the magic world of all evil. Then the Pope will say if you read Harry Potter you will be x communicated from the church because the author portrays Harry as Jesus

haha i have 2 books completely about what could happen in the last harry potter
i haven't even looked at them - i just got them from a friend to sell on ebay (capitalizing on the craving before the book comes out)

I doubt Harry will die. Sure, it's possible he will, but I doubt it. There is some debate as to whether or not Harry himself is a Horcrux, but I don't think he is. In order to create a Horcrux, one has to commit a murder and then use a spell to allow a piece of his soul to enter another object. Voldemort chose the objects he wanted to be his Horcruxes very carefully, choosing very ancient, magical, valuable artifacts. He also chose his victims carefully. Dumbledore said that Harry's death was supposed to create Voldemort's final Horcrux, so if Voldemort was planning to kill Harry all along, how could he be a Horcrux? Also, even if Voldemort did want Harry to be a Horcrux, he couldn't have had the chance. The magic of Lily Potter's love protected Harry, so neither Voldemort himself nor his magic could touch Harry, therefore the spell to create the Horcrux wouldn't have worked. For me, the kicker is that the spell Voldemort attempted to use on Harry that fateful night was the Killing Curse, which rebounded on Voldemort and caused him to lose his powers. So, with a curse rebounding on him and nearly destroying him, how could he have used the spell to turn Harry into a Horcrux? Also, if Harry were a Horcrux, why would Voldemort constantly be trying to kill him?

I don't think that Harry, Ron and Hermione will return to Hogwarts, but I do think Hogwarts will reopen. The cover of the UK version of the book shows the three going through a mound of treasure, obviously looking for a Horcrux, so they're not in school, it seems.
