|  The United States and China join the international fusion project Heres the link The US and China have offically entered the ITER (International Thermonuclear Energy Reactor) project. The US, China, Canada, the European Union, Japan and the Russian Federation, are now all going to work together on a 5 billion dollar international project to develope clean fusion power and It could be available by the middle of this century. The project is the largest international science project excluding the International Space Station. And 1kg of the fuel used in a fusion power plant would equal 10,000,000kg of power that you would get from burning fossile fuels.
