| I'm a libertarian ![]() However, the libertarian party is so 'fringe' that it makes more sense to vote for Republicans and Democrats with some libertarian ideals.

| I am libertarian as well, would be in my sig if they didn't edit that stuff. Anyways, the Libertarian Party is the only one that had endorsed legalizing marijuana. Neither the republicans or democrats have done so. My first election, I am prould to say I voted Libertarian across the board. You say I'm wasting my vote? I say you're wasting your vote on the republicans and democrats. Your ONE vote isn't doing jack **** anyways, might as well send a message.

| That's not necessarily true. Gore lost because of the Green Party. I believe that a long recurrence of Republican leadership is set for the future. The reason? The generally more liberal side of the government is split three ways - Democrat, Green, and Liberatarian. Eh, but then again, maybe Bush has lost enough support with his silly wars that the Democrats have a chance of winning the next election. Myself, I'm registered as independent. I'll probably vote a mostly Green ticket, even though it's taking away from more viable Democratic candidates.

| I voted for Nader last year. Gore won my state in 2000 by 10 %, but in 2002 the republicans won all of the major elections, I was sick to my stomach the entire next day. I want to vote for who I really would like to win and not choose between the republican or democrat. In 2004 if the polls are close I'm going to vote for the democratic candidate, Its sad, but Bush is evil and he must be stopped. If the democratic candidate is ahead by quite a few points in the polls I'm going to vote for the green or libertarian candidate. I am going to vote in the democratic primary for the first time, and have a part in picking the democratic candidate, instead of just having one chosen for me. I think I'll vote in the republican primary in 2008. John McCain should have been the republican nominee in 2000. If people voted in the primaries we wouldn't have to choose between people like Bush and Gore. |

| I'll be voting across the board democrat. In the last elections in my state (November 2002) I had just turned 18. Along with alot of other high school kids, I voted green. A republican (Norm Coleman) beat a democrat (Walter Mondale) in an extremely narrow election. After that, I'll never vote for third parties again. Even if I agree with libertarians and greens more than democrats, dems are the only ones with a chance at winning an election. |
