Thats alot of people using weed, even if it is 5.1%, think of the stats worldwide. Drug wars, i dunno, seems to me that all these super clever people in goverments should wake up to the idea that they are not gonna stop cultivation, and concentrate of something better like gee....i dunno, serial killers, and terrorists.....oh wait, thats right, if i buy drugs im just crashing more planes into buildings.

I read the hole thing, nothing i didnt know before.... But it seems to me they were trying to make marijuana look worse then it really is...
