With all the seriousness that surrounds that competion that must have been quite the comedy relief. Must have took a lot of guts to do that. Especially when he lost his pants

that was certainly not the olympics....probably one of those "world skating championship" type things, where they just tour and have fun doing crazy songs and flips and not necessarily technically sound moves.

that was definitely funny. he's obviously quite a performer and has no problem in front of a crowd!

as mamabudz said, i completely agree with how everyone describes something as gay, when in fact they mean stupid or lame. That downright pisses me off. the institutionalized homophobia is so sad that someone would call that "gay" just because it's a guy showing his body (or body suit) as opposed to a girl. those figure skaters are incredible athletes, no question. i have played ice hockey my whole life, and i know the kind of conditioning and sheer athleticism those skaters possess. i'd love to see people who rag on figure skaters give it a shot out on the ice.

I assumed uluru got the joke, as did I, and was posting in a sarcastic manner, as did I. I realize sarcasm doesn't come across in print very well.
Nobody made any comments about his athletic ability, so I'm not sure why that was even brought up.
I apologize to all who took it seriously and were offended. that's was in no way MY intent. I can't speak for others.
