| No if the cop station actually sent it in they wouldnt have edited it nor would have the people broadcasting it. Other than that I have no clue how this could have happened other than that the only way a car could get through that without breaking it , it would have to be going the speed of light lol! |

| If the fence itself wasn't attached to the ground he could have just pushed the fence up and over his car going through it. Seems the fence is moving a lot when the cops pull up so that would be my guess. |
