you take the string of numbers and letters found at the end of the url, jaZv2L8Wh_g in this case. Then type without spaces [ youtube]jaZv2L8Wh_g[/youtube ].

The result is this.

[youtube]jaZv2L8Wh_g[/youtube]

if the video is from google you type [ google]"video ID"[/google ]

I don't know what this "free running" is all about, but as far as I know, that's called parkouring, and it's absolutely amazing. I seriously wish I could do it, but it requires so much agility and practice, practice, practice. Those guys are definitely skilled in it, too. If you see the new Casino Royale, it has an awesome scene towards the beginning with a guy who's extremely skilled in it, too.
