Spinning Sihouette Optical Illusion

saw it on another forum..

If you look at the spinning girl's silhouette below, you will think it is spinning clockwise, probably. When you check her shadow below, momentarily the spinning direction changes in your mind, and now the girl is spinning counter-clockwise. It can be quite hard at the beginning to notice switch of the spinning direction, but eventually you'll manage.

Now, be honest - how long did it take you to see it spin in both directions?

I saw her spinning the one way when I first looked, and by the time I finished reading and looked at her, she was spinning the other way...so I guess 10 seconds? not sure how long it too me to read your post. lol

Yeah, that's one of the most interesting illusions I've seen. I saw this somewhere last night, took me a bit to see it going the other direction.

that's so stupid the fucking shadow and lady aren't even spinning the right way...
not much of an illusion imo.

ye.. thats not really a gd illusion.. its only the shadow moving back half way which appears to be going the opposite direction coz u cant see which way her foots pointin (back or forward) so it looks as if it goes the opposite direction. the girl doesnt spin a different way.. so basically its a shit illusion xD
