i dont draw well, but i know theres a market for body piercing. i can post some bulletins around campus..do you think it would work, id charge like 20 bucks. usually cost 45. seems easy, just study up on safety and buy the equipment: Sterile Piercing Needles, Body Piercing Kits, Tools, Forceps, Ring Openers at Body Piercing Store

Unless you have a place that you can keep as clean as possible (close to sterile), I wouldn't bother.
I don't think people want to get their belly button pierced in the backseat of your car or under the bleachers at your stadium.

I'd also check your local and state laws. Some states require certification and specific medical training in order to practice.
Then there are taxes to pay. Doing piercings "under the table" may work for a little while, but eventually "The Man" is going to want his cut.
Let's not forget insurance. You want to have some financial protection when that customer doesn't like the piercing or gets infected and attempts to sue you as a result.

That would be my main concern right there, if someone has to get their ear (or worse) amputated or surgically treated because of an infection you're looking at some serious debt (aside from having to pay for the medical treatment(s)).

If you are going to do this, do it the legit way. Get a license/permit, clean facility and definitely get some kind of insurance.

I think it's a good idea, this day in age tattoos and piercings are getting more and more popular, the market is there.

There is a guy in my area that makes a killing by going to bar parking lots and offering piercings from the bed of his pickup truck. People love it from the convenience.

Good point. If you are really serious about this, you need some serious cash to start it up, but the good thing once you start piercing, people will keep on coming if you do a good job. Word gets around if you are good.
