First question: Why? At what point do you say, "I'm tired of wasting my time making soda bottle bongs . . . I'm gonna use a human skull!"?

Second question (slightly morbid, but I can't help wondering): How? How exactly do you get that to work? It just seems like it would be a lot more trouble than it's worth.
