Cashed

They say I’m cashed
Done for, through,
my time has passed, the end is due.

I say keep trying I may still have something left,
They say any effort more would be a moral theft.

So now it’s time for something new
They’ll go and replace me with you,
But pretty soon you’ll be cashed too.
