|  I want to be a chef... School is out for the summer but I am a rising Senior...woot woot! Anyway,i plan to go to college and study in the Culinary Arts. Sine the legality is an issue,I'll need to be discreet but I would like to become good at preparing foods with good 'ole dro! Any recipes or tips to get me started learning,or otherwise, encouragements are appreciated! Ps. I've also considered moving to Canada where MJ is legal and i could build a reputation for quality,5 star,food products using it.Any thoughts? I'm always looking for new ways to make things.  I also take recipe requests in that thread.  You might want to invest in some good cookware/cutlery, etc. I have Emerilware cookware and cutlery. A nice stand mixer helps, a hand mixer, food processer, etc.
