| Hey everyone, need some help from experts about cooking weed.I know's it's a bit specific, but I really dont wanna mess up. Got 1/8 ounce of (very) Good White widow, and 5 people, all of us are pretty light users, like some have only done it a few times, and noone in the last 3 months! And I need to strecth this 2 get us all stoned, like quite heavily stoned, but no-one really likes smoking, so i want to make cakes. I also find the effects much better, and last way longer. I have some cake mix, which you can use in the oven, you add an egg, and cook 4 20 mins. I normally use butter in it, even tho is doesnt ask for it, but to activate the weed.. But a couple of times, it hasnt done hardly anything, i dunno if thats cos i didnt break it up as much, or overcooked? I know there are many recepies, but could anyone tell me how to ensure that it goes right, either using those cake mix things I have, or another way of eating, I really dont wanna start making home made cookies or something! Any help would be great, I kinda need to know as soon as possible .Thanks in advance guys. |

| First make the butter into "cannabutter" using the recipes provided (there should be a sticky on the top of Recipes. ANd then use the now "greenish" cannabutter in place of your butter. By separating the cannabinoids (THC etc) inot the butter first and allowing it to bind with the butter fat, it will work better in the cake (it will stay bound to the finished product without "cooking off") ANd it will taste MUCH better than cooking with the actual weed in the mix. | Hey, thanx mamabudz, you should write a book with your knowledge, lol. Its now 4grams, just over 1/8 between 4 newbies, making butter and then cooking, how stoned will we all be, being like a medium weight and height.. Also can I make the butter then freeze it so its ready to bake with real quick? sorry about so many q's just dont wanna mess it up, or be totally wrecked..just pretty wrecked, lol. |

| 1/8 between 4 newbies...probably very stoned...schedule this for a LONG weekend make the cannabutter and you can store it in the fridge or freeze. For cookies and stuff you will probably want to have the butter at room temp and soft...let it sit out for an hour, it won't go bad. Good luck and happy eating! | |

| AHHHH, damn..what happened. I got the weed, ground in a cofee grinder, to almost powery, then added 1/8 to 100g or so butter. Put it in a glass bowl , above the suacepan of water, bowl in the water, like a double boiler. Then It was left for 30-35 mins, i filled up the water a bit, water was boiling. Then i used the melted butter, possibly salted?, in place of 1 tablespoon of oil, added it the the egg and chocolate mix. Then i baked as directed at 180 Celcuis, gas mark 4 for 12-15 minutes. Let them cool.. Put in airtight box overnight. Ate them next day like 6pm, after a medium sized meal 2 hours before.. 4 of us, 1/8 of WW, just a slight buzz, like a pint or 2 of beer.. No idea whats wrong. When i did cakes b4, i just dumped the weed in, fairly fine with 100-150g of butter and oven baked for 20 mins or so on about 170, and that worked pretty well, 3 of 4 times very well.. I dunno where i screwed up, i hope with all that detail someone will know, mamabudz? AHh £20, and a crap night ![]() |
