| I came home to my apartment today to find my roommate cooking pot brownies. They had already had someone prepare some cooking oil with MJ in it and the brownies were in the oven. The only thing that weirded me out was that they were cooking the brownies at 265F. They swear on their life that they had to cook the brownies under 275F or the THC would escape. I've cooked brownies at their proper 350F with some MJ cooked into corn oil and have had great success. I figure that no vapor is rising out of the brownies while cooking so no THC will escape. So, My question to MJ.com is will you lose potency in your brownies by baking the brownies above 275F? In my experience I haven't had any problems but I would like to get a broad perspective on the issue. |

| I've always cooked my brownies at 350 degrees and there always good. I think its because you simmer them in the oil or butter for a while that helps keep the thc locked into the brownie mix. But then again I could be wrong. |
