| I like relish! I mix mine with fresh thyme or oregano if I have them available. Then I add it to ham and cheese sandwiches.

| I've had a fantastic dill aioli, which I want to try with mint, and also a phenomenal wasabi mustard, and I absolutely love olive tapenade, but then nothing beats some good ol' butter...I suppose it really depends on the situation.

However, I seem to recall you saying that you disliked mayo in another thread so maybe that wouldn't be the best. I have a lot of fun trying to move flavours around and understanding exactly what I'm getting into. I've been exploring a lot with cooking this year and I'm doing what I can to wrap my brain around all the different flavours available to the modern cook. | pesto. Homemade pesto spread is best on bruchetta. That or Olive Tampenade (sp?)

| Darkfan, I love sriracha !! I put it on a tons of stuff too. I also use Mae Ploy sauce(sweet thai chili sauce) on eggs rolls, won ton, chicken wings....
