whats the best way to cook cannabutter somewhat quickly?
what should the bud to butter ratio be?
how finely ground does ur herb need to be exactly?
i know its supposed to be very ground but i dont have the luxury of a blender type mechanism

any techniques for quick grinding of a lot of bud would be very helpful

this is also very urgent...im baking and then getting baked tomoro night

EDIT: aight so the deal is my boy hit me up wit a free o of some sweet cheeba and it doesnt look to nice so i thought i might as well try cooking it and have a little fun...my friends parents leave at 6:30 for the night and we plan to start the second they leave...the brownies themselves take like 45 minutes to cook (i feel like im writing a calculus problem lol)...when can i expect to be done around?

4 sticks of butter to 1 oz. of weed. do the math from there 'cause that's all i've ever worked with.

if you don't have a good grinder, your best and probably fastest bet is to use scissors. but cut very finely.

your butter should be straight up green by the time you can say you're done with it. takes about 30 mins on med/med-high heat. i wouldn't rush that 'cause you could burn it easily and end up with shitty tasting treats.

but the most important thing to remember is that your butter should be GREEN (barely ANY yellow) and when you strain the weed, get every last drop.

i like making butter
my method....
not technical at all its a real simple idiot proof way that works great

first get a pot and put some water into it let that water get boiling
throw what mj you got in it. at least an ounce, but remember the more the better
let it sit for about 10-15 minutes so it can burst all the trichomes and get all the thc out (but dont worry mj is not water soluble)
now through your butter in, 4 sticks of REAL butter
let it melt and immediately turn the heat down to low and just let everything simmer for 30 min to an hour stirring pretty constantly
strain your mix through an old but clean t shirt into a cake pan
put the pan in the freezer and wait over night or at least a few hours. the butter will be sitting on the top of the water and you can just peel it off and stick it in a tub
butter!
but i suggest straining the left over water in the cake pan through paper towels because the water holds a little bit of butter too
