in theory, if you ate weed food, then got the munchies, but only had weed food available, would you keep eating weed food until you got a really bad high or would you just keep getting high until you fall asleep

Hmmm...well, your stomach can only take so much food before it's literally 100% full.

So I imagine if you ate weed food it might keep giving you the munchies until you were actually full.

man i'm stoned, but anyway... you would probably just get so high that you'd fall asleep. it would take much longer for the stomach to begin to expand from too much food, and i think the stomach's reflexes would kick in and make you puke all the brownies before that happens.
