| I love falafel! I usually put it in a pita or wrap with lettuce, tomato and whatever other veggies I have. Sometimes I use soy cheese and I put a little Italian dressing on it....

| i dont know about asiago but make sure the cheese is vegetarian, sometimes they put animal rennet in cheese to make it stronger....the downfall of many good vegetarians such as myself when i first turned. we have alot of mediteranians and moroccans here in london and the falafel is absolutely phenomenal, iv never had it better anywhere else. make sure you try it if anyone is visiting!!!! |
