| I was lucky enough to snag a fillet of Copper River Red....Arguably the best eating salmon in the world. I live here, but it's a chore to drive there, and dip-net them! We decided to make a video of how to make this awesome fish in the oven. This fish was so tasty... Chef Richard and DaDornta do it again with Wild Copper River Salmon! ![]() ![]()

| Copper river is my FAVORITE salmon, soo expensive though, but totally worth it! I like that "on top of the potato" method, looks like it would make for some good aeration.

I lucked out and he gave me a fillet, only a week old..flayed, frozen and sealed ASAP. Very firm flesh, the white "bubbles" are actually not the butter, but the natural fats in the fish. It makes it extra tasty! I was also testing out my new Sony Webbie HD camera, along with the ceramic Emile Henry baking dish for the first time. Hope it came out good! ![]() | |

| Salmon is totally some awesome eats, but I wouldnt ruin the taste with all the pesto and what not. Just some butter and lemon. maybe not even lemon. | |

| I likes my salmon with a mixture of melted butter, soy sauce, lemon pepper seasoning, and sliced onion...mmm simple and delicious. |
