What you need:

- A frying pan the size of your tortilla
- Enough taco meat to cover half the tortilla (Ground beef & taco seasoning)
- About half of an onion, chopped however
- Cheese sauce (Velveeta or in a jar)
- Shredded cheese (any type)
- A tortilla (Flour preferred)

Step 1: Spray your frying pan and throw the tortilla onto it. Keep it toasting on medium heat (don't worry it won't burn fast it takes a while) get it to your desired crispiness.

Step 2: Take your taco meat and chopped onion and throw it into the frying pan (remove the tortilla first). Keep it cooking till it's hot.

Step 3: When the taco meat and onions are almost dune, nuke about 2 - 3 tablespoons or cheese sauce in the microwave till it's melted and warm.

Step 3: Throw the taco meat and onions onto a plate. Put the tortilla back onto the frying pan and spread the cheese sauce onto the tortilla. Add the taco meat and onions. Layer the top of the creation with shredded cheese. Using a spatula, fold the tortilla over in half. Keep cooking it on both sides till it keeps it shape (a certain amount of taco meat, onions and cheese will fall out when you flip it)

Step 4: Take a small bowl and take all that stuff that fell out. Mix it with sour cream and hot salsa (Salsita picante anyone?) Take your mix and spread it ontop of your quesadilla.

Congratulations, you made a quesadilla.
I think it tastes like a taco bell crunch wrap but maybe it's just me. You don't "need" onions, sour cream, or the sour cream mixture or anything if you don't want it. That's just how I make it.
