Default Nauty nutrients and cooking

I heard there is alot of nutrients in the leaves before the plant is done.(thats why you feed it just water for the last 11 days.) I also heard that you are not supposed to cook with your triming you took during the growing period because there are too many nutrients in the leaves. Any healthy feedback about this...should i use the triming i took to cook or not?

Well most people cook with cannabis not for the nutrients, but for the high, so in that case, using trimmings is perfectly acceptable but most leaves don't contain as much THC as the flowering buds do.
