| Okay, so tomorrow i have a possible chance to bake some pot (which i was thinking would be best in brownies). So i have this brownie mix, it calls for the standard 1/3 water 1/3 oil and an egg. So i understand basically the process of making the bud into cannabutter. But i have 2 questions, i was thinking of baking like a half oz of bud (from what ive heard thats a good amount) into a 8x8 pan of brownies. I plan on making the cannabutter first (then putting that into the brownie mix in place of the oil), but i only want to make enough butter to put in this one brownie mix. Ive read that you need like a pound of butter for a half oz of bud (is that correct?) when starting out with the cannabutter process (i assume there will be less butter after it's dont simmering?) so do i just end up sticking the whole cannabutter mixture into a single batch of brownies? Which would still end up being a lot of butter (3/4 lb or something?), (that seems high to me, very high. Like 2 much?). Or do i use less butter/bud when trying to make the cannabutter in the first place? After simmering the bud for like 20 mins (time ive heard is ok) at that point do i have to take the bud out of the butter, or can i just leave it in? (id rather just leave it in, out of plain laziness). Ill probably be making these if i end up being able to in like 12 hours so if i could get advice before then that would be great guys, thanks in advance for any advice. |
