Well do you mean cannabis, the bud, has a melting point of 75º C (167º F), or that THC has that melting point?

I wouldn't think that the bud of cannabis has a melting point of that temperature, but THC, synthetic that is, can have varying melting points depending on how the THC is extracted and what form the isomers are in. For example, it can melt at 144º F, 169º F, or 262º F. Then again, those are synthetic extractions, not the natural cannabis and its other cannabinoids. Therefore, since there are other compounds found in the bud, it would be impossible for the entire thing to have one melting point, it would have multiple.

I know the following compounds (found in cannabis) have the following melting points:

p-cymene - melting point: 177º F
a_terpineol - melting point: 217-218º F
borneol - melting point: 210º F
_3-carene - melting point: 168º F
1,8-cineole (eucalyptol) - melting point: 156º F
1,8-cineole (eucalyptol) - melting point: 176º F
Cannflavin A - melting point: 182º F
p-cymene - melting point: 210º F
pulegone - melting point: 224º F
