Default Cannaqueso Dip

Cannaqueso Dip

Ingredients
7 grams cannabis
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon salsa

Directions
Grind the cannabis into a fine powder. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the cannabis and stir constantly for 5 minutes. Strain the butter through cheesecloth to remove the cannabis and return the butter to the pan. Mix in the cornstarch, making sure to remove all the lumps. Stir in the sour cream. When the mixture becomes hot and bubbly, mix in the cheddar cheese and salsa. Continue stirring until the cheese has melted and the mixture begins to thicken, about 10 minutes. Makes about 2 cups.

I've been watching Emeril since the 6th grade My favorite would have to be Alton Brown though (love Good Eats, simply because it's more technical, the why and how, not just "here it is" type show). After that would be Jamie Oliver (his shows aren't on prime anymore, he's on at 4 am), then Bobby Flay and Tyler Florence. The Food Network is always on at my house, it's seriously all I ever watch (well, that and Discovery, Science Channel, History Channel, TLC, et al). Of course, I do get my occasional fix of Fox and friends

Default How about Joey Altman

Sammy joined Joey Altman on KRON4 San Francisco's "Bay Cafe" to mix up a few drinks and cook some of his favorite dishes. http://www.redrocker.com/video/080105/baycafe.html.

Alton Brown is da man!
Racheal Ray is killer cute , but her recipes are pretty expensive.
Bobby Flay and Emeril get on my nerves.

Yeah I don't watch Emeril anymore, he got old fast. The new Iron Chef America is great, especially since I used to watch the original. Rachael Ray is cute, but that one lady, Giada de Laurentiis who does Everyday Italian is frickin' gorgeous. Anthony Bourdain is hillarious, he has that new show on the Travel Channel too. And I also like that new Dave Lieberman guy.

Wow, this went off-topic fast
