| Most people complain a bit about the taste of MJ tea. First, I make a short tincture - I use a bit of kahlua and vodka - enough to cover the MJ. Then I pour boiling water over the tincture and add a tablespoon of butter - you probably know MJ is lipid-soluable, so you need butter or milk. After adding the butter, I let it steep for two hours. Then I heat it up again with whole milk (more fat). The finish is the best part. For creamy consistency, I add some half and half - it improves texture dramatically. Then I add Splenda (I'm diabetic) but you can use sugar if you like. The result is like a buttery milk shake. You can still taste the MJ, but the sugar makes it delicious. Then I make a cup for everybody - they all love it. |

| Actually I'm pretty sure THC will also be extracted by the alcohol, so you don't necessarily need the fat from butter, although I'm sure you'd want to leave the tincture for a lot longer if you werent going to use fat at all. |

I believe that possibly Chai Spice tea mix came from bhang - and I'm beginning to think a chai spice tea recipie with soluble lipids, alcohol, and our favorite herb extracted into it might be a taste sensation! | |
