OK, I was reading this thread and since I have never felt inclined to bake with bud or anything like that, I started wondering if anyone has ever just plain eaten the bud itself?
I found that hiarious, and I'm sorry if it makes no sense...

I was used to putting weed in there for a lot longer time but on a lower power setting, and it didn't work at all the last time I did it.

anyways, i tried these biscuits last nite and man.... i tell you the high from eatin weed is quite different that smokin it and i prefer eating it now...

you dont get smoke in your eyes.. you dont cough.. i dont smoke cigarettes so even tho a joint tastes very good it does irritate my lungs

so yeah these things rule =)

The short answer to your question is 'yes'... some people do it in capsules so they don't actually have to taste the bud, but I've also watched a guy literally take a huge bite out of a bud (hilarious thing to watch, especially while stoned.) He managed to get a bit of it down but ended up spitting out a lot of it. I stopped watching after that, otherwise I probably would'be puked myself. He was having a good time later on though so I think it helped.

Hey I want to make leary biscuits and I have a few questions. I only have about a gram of weed left so I guess I won't be able to make much.

How long do I put it in the microwave?
Will it make my whole kitchen smell like weed?
Anything else I need to know about microwave settings and whatnot?

To be honest, 1 gram of weed is not going to do much for you when eaten. You may feel a little bit though. Be sure not to smoke so that you can easily recognize the effect.

As little as possible, at the lowest heat setting possible. My rule of thumb is to stop it when the peanut butter starts to melt a little. Lately though I've found it more efficient to eat bud uncooked.

Depends on how stinky your weed is. Generally the answer is no, especially if it is dried. Your microwave will definitely smell a little though.

See above. Low heat is essential. Microwaves are generally much too powerful for making MJ treats.. be very careful. Undercooking your weed is a million times better than overcooking it.

Depends. Resin can vary anywhere from being almost as potent as the original MJ to much less potent than the crappiest schwag on the market. 99% of the time, you're going to get the latter.

What you can do is buy a coffee grinder exclusively for weed. Then, after you grind up weed to roll, smoke, whatever, crystal will build up on the inside of the grinder. Every once in a while I like to scrape these crystals out (pouring a high % alcohol drink in the plastic cap helps a lot to remove stubborn crystals,) and use them in a drink like green dragon. Basically feels like you're getting something for free.

You could mix these crystals in with peanut butter, but keep in mind that when you mix anything into food, the high will take much longer to hit you, and may have reduced potency (but longer duration.) Don't even bother with resin. It will taste terrible, and give you very little effect.

I have never eaten leary biscuits, but I have eaten MJ many times. I am a very avid smoker but I wanted to try some leary biscuits for a change. I was planning on splitting a gram of GREAT bud between two crakers and eating the two crakers. This bud is like a one-hit wonder. Do you think that would be enough? I assume when people on here talk about cooking MJ they are talking aboug Mid's or Schwag. Would my high-grade buds work?
