The cooking bug hit me last night, like it usually does

I decided I wanted to make a food with vanilla in it, and also with a lot of MJ, so I came up with this (apparently there is already a similiar recipe in some cookbooks, damn!).

INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of self-rising flour
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of cannabutter (softened)

This recipe is very easy to do. Mix the egg, sugar, vanilla extract, and cannabutter in one large bowl. Add the flour after that, make sure to get a nice consistency, I like mixing with my hands to make sure.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Preheat the oven to 375. On an ungreased cookie sheet, make the dough into 1 inch balls and spread them out 2 inches apart. I took a glass, wet the bottom a bit and dipped it in sugar. Use this to push the cookies flat (not TOO flat).

Cook 8-10 minutes or until brown. BE CAREFUL: the top of the cookie will always be white, so it's hard to tell if it is cooked for to long until you see the bottom.

They don't mask the marijuana taste as well as other cookies, but they have a really interesting taste to them, especially if you love vanilla

i'm just assuming that cannabutter is weed butter or somthin. so how much weed do you use. personally i dont have a lot of cash so.....

I really like the taste of these. I find chocolate chip cookies don't mask the taste, they just make it tastes like funk

These don't mask the taste well either (I have yet to find a recipe that does totally) but I find they taste much better than chocolate chip cookies... plus easier to make

I was experimenting with some Indian food over the weekend, I should post some recipes soon...
