| Of all the things I have baked, this is probably one of the nicest tasting ones. Peanut Butter and MJ seem to have been made for each other, these really fit my taste. The recipe makes 4 dozen. Now I didn't want four dozen MJ cookies, so I made the dough and then added ground bud to the amount I wanted then mixed. I had already finished my cannabutter the week before, and seeing how it was late and I was a little lazy, I didn't make more. Here is my recipe I used, worked well: 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 cup packed light brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 cup butter, softened 2 1/4 cups self-rising flour Directions 1 Set the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2 Cut up the butter in a bowl. Add the sugar, and cream them together until fluffy. Add the peanut butter, flour and egg; beat everything together with the wooden spoon until the dough is smooth. 3 Put teaspoonfuls of dough on a cookie sheet. Bake them for 15 to 20 minutes. Now I took about 1/4-1/3 of the dough and set it aside. I ground up about 1/3-1/2 an ounce in my handy coffee grinder. I proceeded to mix it in until it was even. These things tasted awesome - masked the taste well. You could still taste the MJ, but was very easy to eat. I ground it up A LOT until it was powder. I'll try it again with cannabutter sometime. But if you are like me and was up at 2.30am without a lot of stuff in your kitchen, this recipe works well ![]() I added a little bit of coconut and chocolate chips into mine, yum ![]() |

| High-altitude?! Wait - is that when you live in a place with high altitude, some recipes have to be changed slightly if things such as rising have to take place? Crazy ![]() These are awesome - had one about two hours ago and am feeling AWESOME. Got a major case of the munchies though, when is this damn pizza going to arrive ![]() |

| So you just make the cookie dough and then throw in the desired amount of MJ?

| High Altitude recipe...quick conversion... Remeber that water boils at a lower temp in a higher altitude cause of the lower air pressure...so... Lower your temp by 25 degrees F (sorry, I don't know the conversion for Celsius) Ad 2 tbls more flour...though this is usually necessary more for cakes than cookies, your cookies might "spread" more when baking. I'd still suggest a test cookie or two before baking the whole batch to make sure things work right Hey Bongzilla... ....Can I have a cookie???? Hugz, Mama Budz | |
