| I have to mention my favorite fruit...rasberries. They are so damned expensive though, they cost me $3.88 for one of those small box things. So I just eat them from the wild...

| Fruits: apples, peaches, plums, bananas, blueberries, mangoes (dried), strawberries. Oatmeal with peaches is good. Dark chocolate is good as long as your saturated fat intake isn't high elsewhere in your diet. I could live my life on salads and subs if possible. Skim milk is a staple here. I've started the household on a transition to multigrain and whole wheat bread and pasta. It used to be all white bread here. It wouldn't go over well if I came down with Celiac disease... |

| i know mixed nuts are the shit! once u get hooked, ur doing ur body a huge SOLID. how do u guys enjoy salted peanuts? what i like to do is have a soda (prefrably sprite, i dunno just goes better) take a handul of nuts (  ) then the salt makes u mad thirsty, then u gulp..refreshing time after time =) |
